Frequently Asked Questions

Find answers to the most commonly asked questions about our physiotherapy services.

1. What is physiotherapy?

Physiotherapy is a healthcare treatment that helps people reduce pain, restore movement, improve strength, and recover from injuries, surgeries, or medical conditions through exercises, manual therapy, and advanced treatment techniques.

2. What conditions do you treat?

We treat a wide range of conditions including back pain, neck pain, knee pain, shoulder pain, sports injuries, arthritis, frozen shoulder, sciatica, stroke rehabilitation, post-surgical rehabilitation, muscle and joint pain, and balance or mobility problems.

3. Do I need a doctor's referral?

For general physiotherapy treatments, a doctor's referral is not mandatory. However, for orthopaedic-related conditions, we recommend bringing a prescription or referral from your Orthopaedic Doctor. If you have X-rays, MRI scans, or other medical reports, please bring them during your first visit so that we can provide the most appropriate treatment.

4. How long is each physiotherapy session?

A typical physiotherapy session lasts between 30 to 60 minutes, depending on your condition and the treatment plan recommended by our physiotherapist.

5. How many sessions will I need?

The number of sessions depends on your condition. For patients who only require simple therapeutic exercises, a single session is often sufficient, as the exercises will be taught for continued practice at home. If treatments such as IFT (Interferential Therapy) or Traction are recommended, the treatment may continue for about 7 to 10 days. The duration may be reduced depending on your progress and recovery.

6. What happens during my first visit?

During your first visit, our physiotherapist will review your medical history, assess your pain and movement, identify the root cause of your problem, explain the findings, prepare a personalized treatment plan, and begin treatment if appropriate.

7. Do you treat sports injuries?

Yes. We provide rehabilitation for sports injuries including ligament injuries, muscle strains, tendon injuries, sprains, and overuse injuries, helping patients safely return to their daily activities or sports.

8. Can physiotherapy help with back and neck pain?

Yes. Physiotherapy is one of the most effective non-surgical treatments for back and neck pain. Our treatment focuses on reducing pain, improving posture, strengthening muscles, and restoring normal movement.

9. Do you offer home visits?

Yes. We provide home physiotherapy services for patients who are unable to visit our clinic because of age, surgery, injury, or mobility limitations. Please contact us to check service availability in your area.

10. What are your consultation fees?

Our consultation fees are affordable and vary depending on the treatment required. Please contact our clinic for the latest consultation charges.

11. How do I book an appointment?

You can book an appointment by calling our clinic, sending us a WhatsApp message, or visiting our clinic directly. We recommend booking in advance to avoid waiting. Online appointment booking is currently not available.

12. What are your clinic timings?

Our clinic is open from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Monday to Saturday. Please contact us regarding Sunday or holiday appointments.
